I am a Scholastic employee. After reading about your book in the Scholastic Library news, I knew it was a book I wanted to buy as soon as I could. I just purchased a copy this afternoon. My daughter is in her last year of college and coping with panic disorder. She is making progress and sees a psychological professional who specializes in panic disorders. Medication helps but the battle remains. I think those suffering from anxiety or panic disorders will relate to the book and not feel so totally alone. Others will better understand the overwhelming tide of emotion. The book size and format invite reading. I think your book will make a difference. Congratulations and best wishes for your continued success.

I'm a high schooler and have been a huge fan of the PUSH publishing company for a good 5 years or so now, and couldnt wait to read your book when it came out. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to get my hands on a copy until this weekend. I read it on the ride home from a college visit, and absolutely loved it! It was amazing of you to write this and allow readers to get in your head and understand what dealing with an anxiety disorder is really like. Describing a panic attack isnt easy and telling people about it is even harder, but you managed to pull it off. Go you!
